Proposals to purchase must be submitted to the Town Office and approved by Town Council. A Land for Sale Agreement form will be completed and signed by both parties upon approval. The form can be found here: Land for Sale Agreement.
Tax Incentive Policy (Upon application to the Town of Churchbridge)
Residential Property - 1st Year 65% of Municipal Tax; 2nd year - 35% of Municipal Tax.
These exemptions do not apply to frontage taxes or other municipal levies. All applications for exemptions under this policy must be made in writing and addressed to the Town Administrator, Box 256 Town of Churchbridge.
