Property owners are responsible for cutting the grass between their curb stop and the road. In addition, any grass along the back alley, between the road and their lot is also the responsibility of the property owner. Property owners may convert the section along their frontage to gravel or asphalt at their own expense provided it does not impede drainage. If drainage is impeded Town Staff may cut a swale through the section, or remove some gravel if necessary to allow drainage to properly flow.
