As of Tuesday one of the two culvert installations is complete and Highway 80 / Raikes Street is once again open.
The second culvert installation must involve CP Rail which has its own rules and regulations regarding work adjacent to its tracks. The Dept. of Highways is in touch with CP, pushing to get that permission but so far without success.
