Disc Golf

CHURCHBRIDGE CREDIT UNION DISC GOLF

Located in the Churchbridge Campground adjacent to Highway 80. The course includes a 12-basket course.

Disc Golf is a flying disc sport in which players throw a disc using rules similar to golf. Players complete a hole by throwing a disc from a tee area towards a “basket” target, throwing again from the landing position of the disc until players can land the disc inside the basket. Usually, the number of throws a player uses to reach each target are tallied and players seek to complete each hole, and the course, in the lowest number of total throws.

Disc Golf is great for all ages, gets individuals outside, and is fun! 🙂

NOTE: The Churchbridge Disc Golf Committee are still looking for a few sponsors. Any donation amount between $100-$1000 would help finalize the project and help maintain the course over the next several years. PLEASE NOTE: The following regulations are in place during the COVID-19 pandemic:

1. Players must maintain social distancing from other groups
2. Players should bring their own hand sanitizer
3. Players are encouraged to bring their own discs, but discs can still be rented at the Town Office as well and are disinfected upon return.
